Villa The Wave sleeps twelve across six bedrooms a short walk from the beach in Canggu; Leonardo sleeps eighteen across nine bedrooms in Pererenan and is run with its own staff team. Both are on this site with photos and guest reviews, and both are the reference for how we run large houses.
Large villas sell fewer, longer bookings: families, retreats, corporate groups and celebrations. We price per season and per group size, use minimum stays and deposits, work with agents and repeat guests, and protect the rate rather than chasing occupancy with discounts.
Premium villas usually come with a team. We assess, keep or rebuild it, handle contracts and payroll, train to a written standard and supervise daily. Your staff costs appear in the monthly report next to the revenue they support.

The place is very beautiful, in a quiet region. All bedrooms are suites with a neat decoration, clean and with amenities. Pool is nice and clear. Eva was super proactive and very communicative, easy to talk and always helping.
