Staff · Bali
Staff are the villa: the guest remembers the person who opened the door, and the owner remembers the month nobody showed up. We hire, contract, pay, train and supervise villa staff so that you are not managing rosters from another time zone.

In detail
Most villas come with people who have been there for years. We start by working with them: a written standard, a trial period under our supervision, and an honest conversation with you if it does not work. Replacing good staff is a loss; replacing bad staff late is a bigger one.
Roles are defined in writing, candidates come through references from villas we already run, and every hire starts with a trial. Housekeeping, pool and garden, security and, where the villa has one, cook or butler.
Staff are employed under written contracts with the statutory social security registrations and paid monthly with payslips. Who the legal employer is depends on your ownership structure; we set it up with a licensed consultant and show the monthly cost as a line in your statement.
A cleaning checklist, a guest etiquette guide, safety rules around pools and electrics, and a WhatsApp reporting routine. Training is repeated when the standard slips, and the supervisor checks daily.
Galungan, Nyepi and the ceremonial calendar empty villas of staff if nobody plans for it. We roster cover across the villas we manage so a guest never arrives to a closed gate.
Owner-first terms
We earn only when you earn: a single 20% commission on the bookings your villa actually makes. No monthly fee, no onboarding fee, no markup on repairs.
