We do not list every villa on the island — only the twenty our own team manages, in four areas we know street by street. Each area page shows what is free, what it costs and how the neighbourhood actually lives: where the beach is, how loud the evenings get, what the traffic is like at eight in the morning.
Sanur is the calm east coast with a promenade and reef-flat water. Canggu and Pererenan are surf, beach clubs and the busiest cafés in Bali. Umalas sits between Canggu and Seminyak in the last rice fields, quiet at night. Ungasan is the clifftop south: Melasti, Green Bowl and Uluwatu within minutes.
