Short holidays and long stays are priced differently: monthly rates are set per villa and include housekeeping and pool care on a schedule agreed with you. Tell us the dates and the number of guests and we send both options.

The nightly rate on each villa is the rate for the dates you selected. Cleaning and taxes are shown in the quote before you confirm; there are no service fees on top. Direct stays are 5% cheaper than any booking, 10% for a week and 15% for a month.

After we confirm the dates you receive a payment link or bank details; the website itself never charges your card. The balance and any deposit are agreed before arrival.
