You should never wonder where the money is. Every owner gets one statement a month that lists every booking, every expense with its receipt, our 20% commission and the net payout. Here is what it contains and when it arrives.

In detail
Statements are issued monthly after the month closes, and the net amount is transferred to the account you name, in Indonesia or abroad. Bank charges for international transfers are shown as a line, not hidden in the rate.
Routine consumables and small repairs run within a monthly budget you set. Anything above it is quoted, photographed and approved by you before the work starts. Receipts are attached to the statement; there is no markup on repairs.
The statement gives your accountant what they need: gross revenue by channel, fees, expenses and net. We do not give tax advice; our owner guides on rental income tax and tax registration explain the background and we can introduce a licensed accountant.
Owner-first terms
We earn only when you earn: a single 20% commission on the bookings your villa actually makes. No monthly fee, no onboarding fee, no markup on repairs.
