Maintenance · Bali
A villa in the tropics decays fast when nobody is looking: salt, humidity, sun, rain and a pool that turns green in a week. Preventive care is cheaper than emergency repair. This is the routine we run for the villas we manage and how you approve every rupiah spent.

In detail
Most bad reviews about pools are about chemistry and cloudy water, not about tiles. Our pool round tests and corrects the water, checks the pump hours and the filter pressure and logs it, so a problem is caught before a guest photographs it.
Small repairs are done within the monthly budget you set. Anything above it is photographed, quoted by our vendors and approved by you before work starts. The invoice goes into your statement at cost; we do not mark up repairs.
Before the rains: roof, gutters, drains, generator, outdoor timber. During long vacancies or owner absences: a weekly walk-through with photos so the house is not discovered damp two months later.
Every villa gets an inventory with photos at handover: furniture, appliances, linen counts, keys. It is the basis for deposit claims and for the replacement cycle we plan with you.
Owner-first terms
We earn only when you earn: a single 20% commission on the bookings your villa actually makes. No monthly fee, no onboarding fee, no markup on repairs.
