Two-storey 235 m² villa on a quiet lane in south Sanur, a short walk from local cafés and about a kilometre from Mertasari Beach. Four bedrooms — the master on the ground floor with a pool view, three more upstairs — each with a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom, plus a separate guest toilet. The enclosed living and kitchen area is air-conditioned, with a large sofa, Smart TV and a dining table for eight, and opens through sliding glass doors onto a 35 m² private pool with four sunbeds and a garden. Fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, filtered drinking water, private parking and housekeeping three times a week are included. Sleeps up to 8 — suited to families and to two or three families travelling together.

The villa sits on a quiet residential lane in south Sanur, a few minutes’ walk from local cafés and warungs and about a kilometre from Mertasari Beach with its kite-surfing spot and sunset walks. Sanur’s beachfront promenade, the Sindhu morning market and the fast-boat harbour for Nusa Penida and the Gili islands are all a short scooter ride away, and Ngurah Rai airport is roughly 30 minutes by car.

Sanur is the calm, residential side of Bali — the east coast, reef-protected water, and an eight-kilometre beachfront promenade that is flat, shaded and closed to cars. It is the area long-stay guests and families keep coming back to.

Great stay and managed by Iwan the local house manager who helped us with all our additional requests. Fantastic house to stay in. Easy to get GRAB or GOJEK. The pool is larger than in the photos which is great. Will definitely book this again the next time am in Bali with the family!
