Co-host · Bali
Some owners want to keep the Airbnb account, the payouts and the reviews in their own name and simply need a reliable team on the ground. That is co-hosting: you add us as a co-host on your listing and we run the operations. Here is what it involves and when full management is the better choice.
Free villa assessment · 20% commission on actual revenue, nothing fixed · reply within hours
In detail
As a co-host we work inside your Airbnb account: you receive the payouts, you own the listing and you sign the platform terms. Under full management we run the villa on every channel, collect payments, pay expenses and send you one monthly statement and one payout. Co-hosting suits owners who already run a listing well and need hands in Bali; full management suits owners who want to stop thinking about it.
Our co-hosting fee is 20% of the booking revenue on the stays we run, invoiced monthly against the Airbnb statement. Cleaning consumables and repairs are billed at cost with receipts. There is no fixed monthly fee.

Owner-first terms
We earn only when you earn: a single 20% commission on the bookings your villa actually makes. No monthly fee, no onboarding fee, no markup on repairs.
