The area, honestly
Umalas is the compromise a lot of long-stay residents arrive at after a month somewhere louder. It sits between Canggu and Seminyak with rice fields still in the middle of it, so you get quiet lanes and space, but Berawa Beach is about ten minutes away and Seminyak about fifteen.
It is a residential area rather than a tourist one: stables, schools, bakeries, vets, gyms and a strong resident community, with far less through-traffic than the coastal strips. For families and for anyone who works from home during the day and wants the beach in the evening, it is the most practical base on this side of the island.
Because it is not a beach address, the same specification of villa usually costs less per month here than in Canggu — one of the reasons people who stay a season keep moving inland.

Só o projeto de um dos banheiros, especificamente no espaço disponível para banho era muito pequeno, tipo pareceu erro de projeto, pois o outro banheiro era maior a área. Então, esse era um momento que, com a pouca saída de água do chuveiro (que já precisa de manutenção) e o pouco espaço, se tornavam mais travad…
挑了很久选中了这家民宿，性价比非常高，有独立的工作区域很安静可以专注工作，空调也很给力，50米内租摩托车，有咖啡烘培店，超市。周边还有比较好的幼儿园，管家很热情是个专业的团队，总体很满意。
