Premier Umalas 17 is a two-bedroom private pool home in the quiet lanes of Umalas, between Canggu and Seminyak. Both bedrooms have their own balcony and en-suite bathroom, the living area is enclosed and air-conditioned, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-Fi runs at 200 Mbps and there are two separate workspaces, so the house works for remote work as much as a holiday. Sleeps 4 — suited to couples, friends travelling together and small families.

Umalas is the quiet strip of rice fields and small lanes between Canggu and Seminyak — residential rather than touristy, and popular with people staying for months rather than days. Berawa and Canggu beaches are about 10 minutes by scooter, Seminyak and the Petitenget restaurants around 15, and Ngurah Rai airport roughly 30 minutes by car. A scooter is the practical way to get around.

Umalas sits between Canggu and Seminyak with rice fields still in the middle of it — a residential area rather than a tourist strip, with quiet lanes and far less through-traffic than the coast.

As pessoas que nos apoiaram durante a estadia da Villa eram mto atenciosas. A Villa correspondia as fotos. Só o projeto de um dos banheiros, especificamente no espaço disponível para banho era muito pequeno, tipo pareceu erro de projeto, pois o outro banheiro era maior a área. Então, esse era um momento que, com a pouca saída de água do chuveiro (que já precisa de manutenção) e o pouco espaço, se tornavam mais travados. O resto a Villa era ótima, cama e travesseiros ótimos, jogo de lençol tambem. Cozinha super completa. Villa grande e arejada. Só tem uma construção atrás que, no primeiro dia estava fazendo barulho, mas depois não fez mais, daí tira um pouco tambem a privacidade de deixar a cortina aberta (acho que isso poderia ter sido comunicado na publicação da vila, igual tem em outras publicações da plataforma). O bairro tem pontos de conveniência próximas (farmácia, mercadinho), mas não eh o tipo de bairro pra se caminhar.

挑了很久选中了这家民宿，性价比非常高，有独立的工作区域很安静可以专注工作，空调也很给力，50米内租摩托车，有咖啡烘培店，超市。周边还有比较好的幼儿园，管家很热情是个专业的团队，总体很满意。
